These dancers are part of a local group: Milwaukee Tango, which is open to the public, so anyone can join! Events are posted at their website which include tango lessons for beginners, and for advanced dancers. Paul Kneevers (of the Analog Kitchen) is getting involved and helping to get the word out about ARTBEAT IN THE HEAT and Milwuakee Artbeat!!! He is donating his services to get the bands & artists quality recordings from this Saturday’s show, in the hopes that these recordings will be used to spread the word about Artbeat & our mission. He has a very special place in his heart for Artbeat… his dad was a music teacher at school, and he has been very blessed to be surrounded by music all his life. He will be multi-track recording the artists all day & night long, and then mixing these tracks after the show in order to provide high-quality live recordings of the bands. “His services are valued at over $1,000… this is no small contribution, and we are very grateful to have him involved!” Annie B. is looking forward to having these recordings to work with to promote the organization and build more awareness for the talent we have around here! Be sure to join us on Saturday, July 31st, and hoot & holler for the bands at the show! You’ll be caught on these recordings to create a very special memory for everyone! Thanks, we are pleased to have these folks providing delectable food choices this Saturday! Pita Brothers will be offering quite the variety of unique veggie and chicken pita sandwiches, and T-Doggs offers high-quality Italian beef sausages, brats, and good old-fashioned regular hot dogs! I just had one yesterday, as they can be found weekdays on the corner of Water & Kilbourn, and I got all the trimmings, including sliced grape tomatoes! Delicious!
